1. Returns
1.1. Returns Accepted: We accept returns of products within 10 days from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within this period to initiate the return process.
1.2. Eligible Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in the same condition as when it was received. Customized or modified products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
